By booking services with The Favor Lab, Designed by Favor, or Heavenly Crumbs, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Bookings & Deposits

A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure event dates, venue rentals, workshops, and custom orders.

Payments

Final balances must be paid before services are rendered unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Venue Rentals

• Rental time includes setup and breakdown unless otherwise specified.
• Clients are responsible for the conduct of their guests.
• Clients may be responsible for damages caused during the rental period.

Custom Orders

Due to the personalized nature of custom products, all sales are final once design approval has been provided.

Workshops & Classes

Workshop participants assume responsibility for their participation in activities and agree to follow all safety instructions.

Food & Treat Orders

Heavenly Crumbs products are prepared in facilities that may process common allergens. Customers are responsible for notifying us of allergies before placing orders.

Photography

The Favor Lab may use photographs of events, products, or workshops for marketing purposes unless a written request is submitted prior to the event.

Policy Changes

The Favor Lab reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.
