Venue Rentals

Deposits are non-refundable. Rescheduling requests may be accommodated based on availability.

Birthday Parties & Events

Deposits secure your date and are non-refundable. Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event may be eligible for a partial credit toward a future booking.

Workshops & Field Trips

Workshop registrations may be transferred to another participant when possible. Refunds are not guaranteed for missed workshops.

Custom Printing & Personalized Products

Due to the custom nature of our products, all approved and completed orders are non-refundable.

Heavenly Crumbs Orders

Food and treat orders are prepared specifically for each customer and are non-refundable once production has begun.

Order Issues

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of pickup or delivery so we can work toward a reasonable resolution.
